Ilias Patsios creates bespoke culinary experiences for the world’s most discerning clients—defined by Michelin-star precision, artistic innovation, and flawless execution.

Born and raised in Greece, Ilias’ passion for cooking began with the simplest, most formative ritual: harvesting vegetables from his grandmother’s garden. That respect for ingredients still anchors his work today—seasonal produce, absolute freshness, and dishes that feel both considered and alive.

His career began in Athens at Spondi (2 Michelin Stars) before moving to London, where he trained in internationally celebrated kitchens including Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester (3 Michelin Stars) and Joël Robuchon’s L’Atelier (2 Michelin Stars), later serving as Senior Sous Chef at The Square (2 Michelin Stars) and Head Chef at The Arts Club, Mayfair.

Today, Ilias works globally across private yachts, exclusive estates, and high-touch events—designing menus around your tastes, your guests, and the moment. Every detail is tailored: sourcing, pacing, presentation, and service—delivered with discretion, reliability, and calm assurance.
